Privacy policy

Last updated 27 September 2026. What happens with your data when you visit nuvabill.com, try the demo or email us.

The short version

  • The website has no accounts, no forms, no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies.
  • We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
  • When a hosting company runs Nuvabill, its customers' data stays on that company's server. We never receive it.

1. Who we are

This policy is from RapidNet Ltd, the company that makes Nuvabill, in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Contact: [email protected].

2. When you visit nuvabill.com

  • Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. To block attacks and make the site fast, it processes your IP address, your browser details and the pages you open. Cloudflare may set a small security cookie when it checks for bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Our hosting server keeps normal web server logs (IP address, date and time, page, browser) for security. They are kept for a limited time and then deleted automatically.
  • Fonts and images load from our own server. We do not use Google Fonts, analytics tools or advertising networks.

3. When you use the live demo

  • The demo sets a session cookie to keep you signed in and a security cookie that protects forms. Both are needed for the demo to work.
  • Anything you type into the demo is saved in the demo database and deleted at the next reset, every hour. Please do not enter real personal data.
  • The demo sends no email and takes no real payments. The web server logs from section 2 also apply.

4. When you email us

When you write to [email protected], we receive your email address, name and message, and use them only to answer you. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards the message to our team's mailbox. We keep emails only as long as we need them to help you.

5. GitHub

Downloads, updates, issue reports and sponsorships are on GitHub. When you use them, GitHub's privacy statement applies.

6. Nuvabill on a hosting company's server

Nuvabill is software that hosting companies install on their own servers. Each company decides what data it collects from its customers and is responsible for it, including its own privacy policy. We do not receive any of that data and cannot see it.

  • Once a day, Nuvabill asks GitHub if there is a new version. This shares only the server's IP address with GitHub. Nuvabill sends no usage data and no customer data to us.
  • Other services, such as payment gateways, control panels, domain registrars and Google, GitHub or Facebook sign-in, only receive data if the hosting company turns them on, and only what they need.

Are you a customer of a hosting company that uses Nuvabill? Please contact that company about your data. They hold it, not us.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. Facebook and Google sign-in users of a hosting company should ask that company to delete their account and connected sign-ins.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
